The great Roman thinker Juvenal long ago uttered the famous phrase, “A healthy mind in a healthy body”. My own experience has shown me that the primary condition for mental and social balance is perfect physical health. Mind and body are intertwined and interconnected. Respecting one’s own body is respecting one’s own soul, that is, respecting oneself. That is why it is said that “the body is the temple of the soul”.
My journey to perfect health that has brought me the physical, mental and social well-being I enjoy today, began when I was 20 years old. After serious health problems linked to hormonal imbalance, leaky gut, hypothyroidism, insulin resistance, and other related health problems, I did what most people would do – I sought medical help. Following numerous examinations and tests done by prominent medical experts, the only assurance I received was that conventional methods of treatment would not cure me, but would only regulate the symptoms of my health problems with lifelong therapy. Instead of following the doctor’s advice, I decided to follow my instincts and find my own way. Thus began my study of how human body functions
My awakened thirst for knowledge and a strong need to know the truth were inevitably combined with my perseverance, which over time led to high academic achievements obtained through formal education. I have intensively specialised and was educated through various educational programs, seminars and workshops led by the world’s most prominent experts in the field of healthy eating, such as Dr. Doug Graham, Dr. Colin Campbell, Dr. Robert Morse, Dr. Sebi, my favorite and to me the most inspiring Ann Wigmore, and many others. In this way, I have had the time and opportunity to experiment with, and explore a large number of different plant-based diets, find my way to perfect health and learn more than I thought was possible about how human body functions.
Based on my experience and knowledge, which I have accumulated with a lot of love and passion, I am pleased to present a healthy living program, which I designed myself. My work so far is backed by three books on healthy living and healthy eating that I published, hundreds of satisfied clients whose lives have been transformed into different, more beautiful ones, and by thousands of those who, helped by my teachings and experiences, have found a way to health, and now lead a better life. All of the above can be a guarantee, that you, too, can follow my unique and very simple steps for healing and rejuvenating the body without any refrain, and turn your life into a healthier and happier one. In addition to the eating plan, and a large number of delicious recipes that I have created, I have also put together an exercise program, which will help you reach the ultimate goal of a completely healthy mind and body in a faster and more efficient way.
