As a health ambassador and health consultant, I create an environment that supports all who choose to take this path. On this journey, I selflessly share all the knowledge and experience I have gained, enabling you to move easily from the initial aspiration to achieving your health goals.

GROUP CONSULTATIONS
GLOBAL PROGRAM

90-day program - run as a group with other members, and with me as a team leader and health coach. In this way we support each other unconditionally, share experiences, give advice and are there for each other on our common journey to perfect health. The program lasts for a minimum of 90 days.

This program includes:

  • Weekly webinars - informative and educational topics on healthy eating
  • Recipes for healthy meals
  • Nutrition plans
  • Daily motivational messages

The group training is done by communicating freely with me via email or text messages, on all topics related to achieving your ultimate goal – perfect health.

INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATIONS
GLOBAL PROGRAM

A perfect health and well-being program a personalized program designed specifically for you, lasting 3 to 12 months.

This program includes:

  • Individual work with the client – one-on-one sessions
  • 60-minute online meetings (once a week for the first month, then every two weeks). Meetings are held for consultation and information on your personal meal plan and exercise plan, as well as on overall strategy for the goals you set aimed at achieving your perfect health.
  • Depending on needs, unlimited exchange of emails and/or messages in-between one-on-one meetings
  • Planning of healthy meals to save time and money

RETREAT
PROGRAMS

Retreat programmes are mostly organized for groups up to 20 people, always at beautiful destinations and with quality accommodation, usually for 7 days. A selection of varied and tasty, healthy foods is available. Daily exercises and outdoor activities, excursions and trips, as well as educational sessions are an integral part of each of our programmes.

The primary focus is on healthy eating, followed by workouts, walks and other forms of physical activity, education on healthy eating and healthy living, meditation, and sessions teaching how to achieve mental balance and relieve stress.

In a group of like-minded people, with social interaction and good energy, these programs facilitate the start of full body detox and the building of healthy habits that lead to perfect health and overall well-being.

Example of a 7-day retreat program, and what it includes:

  • 6 or 7-night stay in high quality accommodation (hotels or villas with a high rating)
  • 3 abundant, tasty (and of course healthy) meals per day + 2 fruit snacks
  • Daily fitness sessions
  • Daily (two-hour) group morning walks
  • Daily lectures on health and how human body functions
  • Daily workshops for achieving mental balance (meditation and education)
  • Meal preparation courses
  • 1 hour of individual counselling
  • At least 2 excursions during the stay (sightseeing tours of towns or the surrounding area)
  • 2 exclusive vegan dinners organized in one of the local restaurants
  • Leisure time for individual activities
