The main reason for feeding is to compensate for the spent chemical elements that make up the body's cells. Starved cells need food according to the law of replacement. It is the basic natural law. This process in our body continues throughout our life. Our health and the excretion of excess fat from our bodies depends precisely on quality replacement.

Only recently, the influence of nutrition on growth and reproduction, both biologically and pathologically, has been seriously investigated. The saying of Hippocrates: "Let food be medicine, and medicine be food" makes a grand comeback. All around us there is evidence that it is one thing to be able to eat good food, and quite another to get strength from food.

The use and assimilation of nutrients is a life function and there is nothing outside of the human being to do it for him. Health directly depends on the act of shaping - building and restoring organs from the elementary ingredients in the blood. One should follow nature in its action and the way and means by which it achieves its goal.

NATURE has and will never let US down!

Health is not a theory, but a practical life. The goal is to achieve peak health. It is not enough to just read, and learn about healthy eating, you need to know how to implement AND live the knowledge. The only way to restore the vitality, balance of the organism and feed the starved cells is to eliminate from the diet all foods that lead to addiction and spoil the body's ability to recognize its true needs. Consistency and persistence are the keys to success, not the speed with which changes are introduced. Cleansing the body is an important step when switching to a healthy diet. It takes less than a month for the body to adapt to a new diet and reprogram the cells. Healthy food is food that is not found in stores, factories and bakeries, but comes from where we ourselves come from - from Nature. Almost every disease arises as a product of intoxication of the organism and inadequate nutrition. Diseases are the body's attempt to compensate for the damage caused by the poison. One cannot cure one disease and keep the other two at bay. When the body is healed, it is healed as a whole. Prevention of all diseases and cancers is to keep the digestive organs healthy, with special reference to the large intestine. Switching to a healthy way of eating, without expelling toxic substances from the body through the intestinal system, will not give the expected results.

HEALTH is both a path and a goal.

Since the beginning of mankind, there has been a basic principle of natural health that the body itself can restore health.

My reGENdetoX program is created in accordance with all the postulates of a healthy diet, it results in flawless health, great energy, vitality, without limiting or giving up, there is no slavery to clockwork, measuring portions, counting calories and exhausting the body. All secrets of nutrition are incorporated in accordance with the laws of Nature.

The body is nourished nutritionally, the immune system is strengthened with vitamins, minerals and enzymes, without any supplements, and the entire organism is previously reset and cleansed by undergoing non-invasive processes of progressive detox and regeneration. One of my goals is to show that the process is very simple, economical in terms of time and resources, as well as that feeding in accordance with natural laws is simply perfect, just like the human body, the most perfect machine ever made.

Habits established throughout life are changed wisely, gradually step by step, consistently going to the ultimate goal.

The key is to introduce as much fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables into the diet as possible, as well as to minimize the consumption of industrial food.

The focus should be on the natural, i.e. as much vitamins, minerals and enzymes as possible on a daily basis, and to proportionally reduce the representation of everything that has a bar code, i.e. additives, emulsifiers or any chemical substances. The first and basic step, and the easiest to implement, is to eat only and exclusively fruit for the first five hours after waking up. The most important role of that first step is the hydration of the organism. All my recipes are simple, do not require any special ingredients, and are easy to prepare. My work is my love, I like to inspire people, share knowledge, it's easy to make someone a nutrition plan, but it's much more demanding to implement that plan. It is important to reach the goal with a smile, which means to go through the process of reaching the goal in the best mood.
