The healthy way of eating that I promote and teach others is the one that I myself practice, and ensure for my child. My approach is not based on simply prescribing what should be eaten; instead I also aim to teach clients how to listen to their body and provide it with what it needs. I follow their progress on a daily basis until they reach their set goal, which is perfect health. 

The hardest part is changing your eating habits. Everyone needs support through this process. I enjoy providing the same support, because by sharing my acquired knowledge and experience, I encourage my clients, and watch them overcome their fears and turn those into strengths with which they fight for the set goal. 

I don’t subscribe to any categorizations in life, including categorizing people by their dietary habits. For me, there are only a healthy and an unhealthy way. When people ask me what diet I follow, I answer exclusively with – a healthy one! Let us accept health and nutrition advice only from those who are completely healthy. The advice of anyone who is not in perfect health, no matter what title they hold, is worthless. 

In a modern society, many value physical appearance over health. However, it is a fact that it is not possible to be healthy and not look good! Vitamins, minerals and enzymes from healthy foods make everyone, without exception, shine. A healthy diet guarantees a perfect figure, well-groomed appearance and enviable energy. Let us work on our health, because the consequence of perfect health is also a perfect physical appearance.
