The results are the best argument!

When switching to a healthy diet, we all encounter discouragement from our environment. Most people are ready to judge those who are not guided by the motto “like everyone else”. This is undoubtedly one of the biggest reasons why the world’s population is sicker than ever in the 21st century. Striking statistics on illnesses (especially among children) are difficult to watch and listen to. People generally keep their eyes shut and take the path of least resistance, fearing stepping out of their comfort zone. Who wants to change their eating and living habits, go to the market or make smoothies and healthy meals, when industrial and fast food solve everything within seconds? Who cares about health, when the only thing that matters is how we look?! Why think about disease prevention, when the consequences can be remedied with medication?

I myself have faced a lot of prejudice, which is why I know how difficult this aspect of the transition to a healthy diet and a healthy lifestyle is. Generally unaware of the urge stemming from their own lack of strength to fight for their health and happiness, people usually try to sabotage your efforts. It doesn’t even matter, they are entitled to lead their own lives. If it gives them pleasure to criticize those who have chosen a different path, let them do so. It is up to us to follow the goal we set, and the results will ultimately show who is right.

I have learned to draw satisfaction from living differently. I hope that one day most will be healthy and happy. I may have chosen a seemingly more difficult path, but my health and the general well-being I live are worth every effort. I do not want to be convincing anyone, just make them think, give the arguments, and let everyone judge for themselves. The results are the best argument!
