Choose health - Choose fruit

Fruit is our natural food. This food exclusively is the healthiest and most necessary thing for our body. The first time I ate only fruit for over 6 months was during one winter, when I was living in Norway. Despite these fruits possibly picked prematurely, grown in soil of poorer quality, matured during transport, and passed through ionic radiation (used to slow down the rotting), I wasn’t deficient! On the contrary, my results have shown great progress. By eating exclusively fruit, my nutrition was better than when I ate other foods alongside fruit. The conclusion drawn form this is that a diet that is 100% based on raw fruit is naturally the healthiest. 

Tropical fruits grown in the domestic tropical climate have the power to regenerate the body and lead to optimal health, because this is the diet regulated by nature specifically for humans. Coincidentally, this diet is vegan. However, remember that while not all vegan diets are healthy, the only healthy diet is vegan! Fruit must play a major role in a healthy diet. 

A socially accepted dietary belief is usually based on prejudice and lack of information. It is true that fruit is the undisputed winner when it comes to regenerating the body and maintaining optimal health. The combination of fasting and a fruit-based diet helps to sort out all ailments and achieve perfect health.
