Food in harmony with human nature

Cooked food, whether of plant or animal origin, is not in harmony with our nature, nor with our bodies, since we ourselves are a product of nature. Ripe fruit, especially from a tree, does not require any processing or adaptation! It is a diet that is in harmony with our nature.

In prehistoric times, when the Earth was a tropical forest, people ate fruit, not leaves, roots or vegetables. Since its creation until today, nature has endowed this world with large quantities of all kinds of fruits and seeds. Fruit is a food that contains a large amount of energy and nutrients precisely in a quantity that is adequate for human beings and that is needed for their normal functioning. Fruit hydrates, energizes and cleanses the body. Food should not cause deposition of mucus, acids and waste microbes. However, most of the food consumed by modern man causes lymphatic stagnation and blocks the flow of energy in the body. The only foods that do not have this effect on humans are starch-free fruits and vegetables, and as such they are in harmony with human nature.
