Veganism is an attitude linked to the protection of animals and I personally support it, but the fact is that not eating meat, eggs and milk does not mean that someone is eating a healthy diet. In order to have an energy and nutrient-dense diet, it is necessary to switch to predominantly raw food, because raw food is the healthy food.
